There are two ways to put the light on the transparent LED screen, we use the side sticker, let's track the advantages of this technology

As shown above, the solder position of the LED beads on the light bar is clearly different in the two photos. Figure 1 shows a side mount solution where the LED beads are soldered to the side of the light bar (PCB).
Figure 2 shows how other factories solder LED strips, soldering the LED beads to the front of the strip (PCB), also known as the "front light". Our solution is to place the beads vertically and facing the viewer, hence the term "side-mounted front light". This improves the viewing angle and increases transparency.

For full-color LED display, whether front-mounted or side-mounted, the light-emitting mechanism of the lamp beads is similar, consisting of three colors: red (R), green (G), and blue (B). - Color light mix, it is RGB chip.

However, to better understand this, the RGB chips in a side-mounted lightbar solution are placed vertically (see Figure 3 above). For other factory LED strip solutions, the RGB chips are placed horizontally. (See Figure 4 above)
 
How does it change?

With the front-emitting LED chips placed horizontally (see Figure 5), no matter which side the observer is standing on, they will see more of the RGB chip color on that side.
This is because the RGB chips are placed horizontally. So starting from the left, red will be the dominant color. From a direct perspective, blue will be the dominant color.
By using vertically placed LED chips, there is no color difference when viewing from left to right. More importantly, this will provide the best visual color uniformity for your display.

Our solution also includes a custom housing for the RGB chip, which contains a special lens that acts as a diffuser of light. As a result, the scattered light from the positive LED beads through the fogging layer allows for unbiased color at every angle, which is not possible with other manufacturers' solutions. (See Figure 6 above)

Again, the difference is due to the different solutions offered. In the side-mounted solution, the light bar (PCB) has no obstruction to the light particles (Figure 7) and the viewing angle is maximum, at 160 degrees. In the active solution, the light bar (PCB) causes some visual obstruction at certain angles, making the viewing angle smaller. (Figure 8)

3D laminating technology is one of the keys to maintain a stable long-term market leadership. The stronger the connection between the beads and the strip (PCB), the less likely it is that the display will fail, fall out or lose color during use. 3D SMD technology is so powerful that it requires an external force of 40N to make the LED go out. Compared to other manufacturers' products, LED strings require only 10N of force to make the beads separate from the circuit board. Sometimes the display needs to withstand more than 10N of gravity during transportation.
