Transparent LED screens are becoming more and more widely used in various industries and are favoured by many leading companies. During the use of this new technological product you may encounter certain problems and you will encounter different events. 1. Work in an ambient temperature range of -20°C ≤ T ≤ 50°C and a working environment with a working range of 10% to 90% RH;
2. Avoid use or storage in high temperature environments, high humidity, acid/alkali/high salt during screen use;
3. Keep away from flammable materials, gases and dust;
4. When the ambient temperature is too high or the heat sink is not in good condition, pay attention to long periods of time without using the transparent LED screen, it is easy to burn the board inside the screen.
5. When the transparent LED screen has humidity, the energy provided by the moisture regulation will lead to corrosion of the components or even short circuit, resulting in permanent damage;
6. Water, iron powder and metal objects that can easily be carried on the screen are strictly prohibited. Transparent LED screens should be placed in a minimal dusty environment. Too much dirt can affect the efficiency of the display and can easily damage the circuitry. If water gets in for many different reasons, turn off the source immediately and use it after all parts have dried.
1. Pay attention to the switching sequence when the screen is on: turn the screen on after it is completely bright and warmed up before the power supply. When the screen is switched off the sequence is reversed: the screen is switched off first and then the power is switched off. If the machine is switched off in section, the screen will be lit and the tube light will burn very easily, affecting the life of the screen and providing serious consequences.
2. Each start-up and shutdown should take no more than 5 minutes to close. If the unit is turned off frequently, this will reduce the life of the screen and shorten it.
3. The screen source can be turned on after the computer has entered the technical control software.
4. Avoid turning on the screen when it is completely white as the system start-up line is at its maximum.
5. When the ambient temperature is too high or the radiator condition is not good, LED lighting should be careful not to open the screen for a long time.
6. If the lines are very bright on some parts of the electronic screen, the screen will turn off in time. In this state, the screen should not be open for a long time.
7. The power switch of the display is often translated, now you should take care to check the screen body or replace the power switch immediately.
8. Check the certainty of the hanger regularly, if it is loose please adjust it in time, strengthen or renew the components of the hanger.
9. Avoid burning insects in the environmental conditions of the display and control components and place anti-mouse medication when necessary.
